  • LSAC Free Prep Materials: The Law School Admissions Council provides a wide variety of free prep materials for prospective JD students. Resources include official LSAC test prep videos, sample questions and explanations covering each section of the test: Reading Comprehension, Analytical Reasoning, and Logical Reasoning.
  • AlphaScore Online LSAT Test Preparation: While AlphaScore offers a LSAT preparation course covers strategies for tackling all sections of the LSAT.
  • Manhattan LSAT Arcade: Manhattan’s free in-browser LSAT Arcade generates sample LSAT questions and logic puzzles to registered users of the site. Creating a login is free and also gains users access to downloadable samples and introductory chapters of Manhattan’s best selling LSAT prep books.
  • 7Sage LSAT Prep: 7Sage offers practice tools that help students coach themselves and mark their progress during LSAT self study. Users will find annotated tests and answer sheets, sample prep courses, a self-scoring guide and even an LSAT mobile app.

LSAT Practice Tests

  • Peterson’s Sample LSAT Test: While full LSAT exams are only available through purchase from Peterson’s, this set of sample LSAT questions is a great introduction to the types of logic at work in each question type. This is a great place to start before taking your first full length practice exam.
  • The Official LSAT PrepTest: This pdf prep test is an official publication from the Law School Admissions Council, the creators of the LSAT. The test comes with complete instructions on timing and scoring each section of the exam as you go. LSAC has also released this LSAT test from 2007.
  • Manhattan LSAT Practice Exam: The downloadable pdf available through Manhattan is the same full-length LSAT exam offered by LSAC but this portal offers a virtual proctor, forum discussions over each question and opportunities to sign up for personal Manhattan tutors.
  • The Princeton Review LSAT Practice Test:The Princeton Review offers free full LSAT practice tests regionally throughout the U.S. and Canada. These in-person test simulations help students prepare for LSAT procedures and conditions they will work under on test day. An online version is also available to those who cannot or choose not to attend a proctored exam.
